A new portal deserves a lot of attention

Educators Financial Group is an institution that offers financial products to Ontario Educators. They provide educator-specific expertise and help navigate investment complexities.

Educators Financial Group decided to overhaul their client investing portal so that it would be more user-friendly and have state of the art capabilities along with intuitive user features. However, this would be totally new to clients (who had quite a lot of frustration) so the good news was to be shared in an exciting and clever way. The campaign concept was to develop 3-D icons representing each of the benefits of the new portal, with a ‘picture is worth one thousand words’ mentality. The icons were freshly designed and float down into the laptop, populating the portal one by one. This prelaunch and launch campaign spanned direct mail, email (with gifs!), and YouTube video.
